What can I expect to get out of an association with Leadership Evolution? What is my ROI?
I am going to expand your thinking. The process will start with you laying the seeds for our discussion – you will put a situation/idea/decision/opportunity/threat/ that is facing you on the table for us. We will discuss the topic and I will challenge you, ask you questions, make suggestions, and support you.

I will work to make you become more intentional in all your leadership efforts. I will hold you accountable by asking you to identify those actions that will help you get to where you want to be. Often I will come with my own list of recommended actions.

As the name suggests, “Leadership Evolution” is a process – a process that never ends. Over time, you will incorporate the things we talk about into your daily and weekly routine. You will become even more confident than you are today.

What is the profile of the people you work with?
Humble. Highest character. Successful. Want to continue to grow. Care deeply about helping others.
What is my time commitment if I work with you?
One-on-one coaching agreements are most typically 14 one-hour sessions.

There is a minimal amount of “homework” between sessions – an occasional article to read or questions to answer for next time. That said, the more you think about what we discuss, the more you will get out of our meetings.

What kind of dollar investment would I be making?
One-on-One Coaching Example – $4,300.

  • 14 sixty minute one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Approximate four-week intervals between sessions.
  • Written meeting summary provided after each session.
Is Leadership Evolution just for the “top-of-the-house” in an organization?
Absolutely not. I work with C-Suite leaders, upper and mid-level executives and first-time supervisors. I adopt an approach for anyone who is genuinely bought-in to personal growth.
What is the focus of the work you do with business leaders?
This is tricky to answer as there are a wide range of discussion topics. This is not a surprise as each individual is in a different place with their personal leadership experience and career plan as well with as their company priorities. To give you a flavor, coaching focus could be:

  • How to build collaboration in the office.
  • How to become a better listener.
  • How to develop and cast a vision.
  • How to strengthen organization culture.
  • How to get alignment between core values and behavior.
  • How to best recruit and retain talent.
  • How to build team identity.
  • How to have crucial accountability.
What makes Leadership Evolution special – better than the rest?
I would say two things.

First, it’s the people – the clients. As written above, if you are dealing with people who are humble, of the highest character, successful, and who want to continue to grow, you are going to catch lightning in a bottle on many occasions.

Second, is my commitment to my clients. They have my attention 24/7/365. That attention rests in my heart as well as my mind. I am dedicated to helping each of my clients be the best they can be. My clients have invited me on their team as a co-signor of their leadership journey – a journey that need not be made alone. It is a privilege to accept their invitation….and get to work.
